【Abstract】 Renovating traditional agricultural with agricultural high technology is vital to develop modern agriculture.How to protect agricultural technological renovation with intellectual property and promote the development of modern agriculture is an important issue for the upgrading of agricultural technological renovation and sustainable development.The paper analyzes the reality of and problems in protecting agricultural intellectual property,explains the importance of protecting agricultural intellectual property for developing modern agriculture,and proposes some suggestions on strengthening the protection of intellectual property and promoting the development of modern agriculture.更多还原
