【Abstract】 The issues of the college young teachers` professional growth have already been highly concerned by researchers .The study, taking College L as an example, points out the following major issues in current young teachers` professional growth process, such as over-loaded and embarrassing economic income; behavioral and psychological isolation and anxiety; confusions in growth and pseudo-growth; ideology lost and lack of professional right.
