【Abstract】 Facing the current circumstances of the popularization and internationalization of higher education in China,we should practice "running a college according to law",establish first-rate administration,make first-rate institution of higher learning,and structure harmonious institute.The author thinks that strengthening the consciousness of "running a college according to law" is the leading,improving and perfecting the system of "running a college according to law" is the basis,defending the lawful rights and interests of teachers and students is the fundamentality,insisting on "administrative affairs of a college being in an open manner" is the key and accepting supervision according to law is the guarantee.更多还原
