花叶扶芳藤扦插繁殖技术
Cutting Propagation Techniques of Euonymus fortunei ’Argenteo-marginata’
【摘要】 以花叶扶芳藤枝条为试材,研究不同配比的泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石和河砂混合基质以及不同质量浓度的NAA、IAA和IBA速浸插条基部对生根的影响。结果表明:以泥炭-珍珠岩-蛭石(4∶3∶3)为基质扦插花叶扶芳藤的成苗率和平均根数最高;扦插前用3种植物生长调节剂快速浸蘸插条基部,均能显著地提高花叶扶芳藤扦插成苗率、根长和生根数。但以NAA 200~400 mg/L浸蘸插条基部,成苗率最高,达91.05%;以半木质化枝条扦插生根率较高。
【Abstract】 Effects of different kinds of plant growth regulators(NAA,IAA,IBA) and medium(peat,pearlite,vermiculite,river sand substrates) on rooting of cutting were analyzed,taking Euonymus fortunei ’Argenteo-marginata’ as materials.The results showed that survival rate and number of roots per cutting were the highest in the peat-pearlite-vermiculite(4∶3∶3).Three kinds of plant growth regulators could enhance survival rate,length and number of root by dipping cutting base quickly.And survival rate of cutting was the highest,up to 91.05%,dipping in 200-400 mg/L NAA;survival rate and root number of semi-lignified cutting were the highest.
