【摘要】 为了明确板栗最佳施肥种类,以大板红为试验材料,测定其各项理化指标,结果表明:不同肥料处理的板栗其单粒质量、还原性糖含量、维生素C含量的差异不显著;施用化肥的板栗其碳水化合物含量高,而施用有机肥的板栗其蛋白质含量和干物质含量高;施用化肥的板栗其品质综合评分的高低按所施肥料名依序为硫酸钾>北京科蕊>撒可富,施用有机肥的板栗其品质综合评分的高低按所施肥料名依序为猪粪>牛粪>羊粪>人粪>鸡粪>火粪>绿肥;施用化肥的板栗其品质优于施用有机肥的;施用的化肥以硫酸钾为最好,而施用的有机肥料以猪粪为最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to select the best fertilizer,various physical and chemical indexes were determined and analyzed,taken Dabanhong as material.The results were as follows: There were no significant differences between simple weight,reductive sugar content,and vitamin C content;carbohydrate content was high in chestnut with chemical fertilizer,but content of protein and dry materials were high with organic fertilizer;comprehensive effect orders of chemical fertilizer from high to low were potassium sulfate,Beijing kerui and Sakefu in turn;the orders of organic fertilizer were pig manure,cow manure,sheep manure,human manure,chicken manure,fire manure and green manure in turn;effects of chemical fertilizers were better than that of organic ones;effect of potassium sulfate was best in chemical fertilizers,and that of pig manure was best in organic fertilizers.更多还原
