芸芥生物柴油的研制及排放特性试验研究
Experiments on Eruca Sativa Gars biodiesel
【摘要】 以芸芥种子油为原料,采用具有广泛的原料适用性、高催化活性的多金属氧酸盐的固体催化剂,实现酯交换反应制备生物柴油。芸芥植物油的转化率达到95%以上,生物柴油各项指标达到德国生物柴油标准,是一种安全(闪点127℃)的生物质燃料。生物柴油发动机试验表明,生物柴油可有效地降低柴油机各类污染物的排放,特别是烟度颗粒污染物,说明芸芥生物柴油是一种洁净的生物质燃料油。
【Abstract】 With Eruca Sativa Gars vegetable oil as raw material and solid acid polyoxometalates as catalyst,the biodiesel is prepared by transesterification.The conversion of vegetable oil is more than 95%.The indexed of biodiesel are accorded with the one of Germany,which shows that Eruca Sativa Gars biodiesel is a kind of safe fuel(flash is 127 ℃).The experiments on engine show that the biodiesel fuel can reduce its emissions effectively,especially the particulate matter.It is demonstrated that Eruca Sativa Gars biodiesel is a kind of clean fuel.
