基于MSP430单片机的稳功率半导体激光器的设计
Stable power semiconductor laser based on MSP430
【摘要】 使用16位低功耗的单片机MSP430F169对半导体激光器进行控制,采用APC的控制方式,通过功率的采样值与设定值的比较来控制驱动电流的大小,最后形成一个闭环的负反馈回路。为保护该半导体激光器而实施了慢启动、慢关闭以及限压和限流等保护措施。经实验测定,该系统的功率稳定度为0.5%~0.7%。
【Abstract】 With 16 bits and low power MSP430F169 microprocessor,a semiconductor is controlled in APC mode.The sampled power is compared with the given value to adjust the driving current and a negative feedback loop control system for semiconductor laser is formed.To protect the semiconductor laser,slow-start,slow-end,current and voltage limitation are designed.The results show that the power stability of the system is 0.5%~0.7%.
