【摘要】 2004年8月至今,围绕国有企业改革的新争论引发了理论界和社会公众对涉及国有企业改革的若干重大问题的关注与思考。中国国有企业改革近30年的辉煌历史可以消除对国企改革的质疑。国有企业改革的市场化方向选择问题、国有企业改革进程中的公平与效率问题、国有企业改革过程中的国有资产流失问题等被广为讨论。在改革进程中,问题始终存在,只有正确对待问题,才能形成新的共识,以继续深化改革,实现国有企业改革的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since August 2004,a new wave of debate on the SOE reform has directed the attention and thinking of both scholars and the public to several major issues concerning the reform.Almost thirty years of successful SOE reform has eliminated the doubts about the reform itself.But in the course of the reform,issues such as market-orientation,the relationship between equity and efficiency,and the loss of state-owned assets have been widely debated.There is no doubt that problems and challenges will always arise in the course of the reform.Therefore,these problems need to be dealt with properly and common understanding should be achieved so that the SOE reform can be deepened and the ultimate goal of the reform can be realized.更多还原
