【摘要】 目的了解综合医院急诊自杀未遂患者的人格特征,为自杀的颅防提供参考。方法采用明尼苏达多相人格特征量表(MMPI),对急诊抢救成功的20例自杀未遂患者和35例正常志愿者进行测试,应用SPSS 10.0进行统计分析。结果心理障碍的辅助分类诊断比较,自杀未遂组患者精神病性障碍发生概率与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).但抑郁焦虑性障碍显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001);基本量表分值的比较,自杀未遂组患者疑病(Hs)、抑郁症(D)、癔病(Hy)、精神病态(Pd)、偏执狂(Pa)、精神衰弱(Pt)、精神分裂(Sc)分值均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);自杀未遂组自杀预测分值明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)结论综合医院急诊自杀未遂患者主要为抑郁焦虑性障碍,而无显著的精神病性障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the psychological characteristics of the saved suicide committers in the emergency department of a general hospital in order to offer a new approach to prevent suicide.Method Twenty cases of saved suicide were treated in the emergency department and 35 normal subjects as control were tested by using Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory(MMPI).The data were analysed with SPSS10.0.Results Based on the assistant and classified diagnosis of psychological disorder,there were no significant differences in the incidence of psychotic disorder between the study group and the controls group(P>0.05),but the rate of depression and anxiety were significantly higher in the study group(P<0.001).The scores of hypochondeiasis, depression,hysteria,paranoia,psychopathia,psychasthenia and schicophrenia in the saved committers were significantly higher than those of the normal subjects(P<0.05).Calculating dangerous behaviors,the scores of suicide danger in the suicide committers were significantly higher than the normal subjects(P<0.01). Conclusion Depression and anxiety are the most principal characteristics of the saved suicide committers in the emergency department of a general hospital.Mostly,they don’t have any significant psychotic disorder.更多还原
