乌司他丁与1,6二磷酸果糖对脑缺血-再灌注谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和丙二醛影响

【摘要】 目的研究乌司他丁(UTI)与1,6二磷酸果糖(FDP)对脑缺血-再灌注损伤保护作用,探讨乌司他丁(UTI)联合FDP对脑缺血.再灌注损伤的保护机制。方法纯种白兔随机分为四组(n=6):对照组、UTI保护组、FDP保护组及UTI+FDP保护组。四管闭塞法制成兔全脑缺血-再灌注损伤模型。分别缺血再灌注即刻给予生理盐水、UTI(10μ/kg)、FDP(200 mg/kg)及UTI+ FDP。再灌注后30 min、3 h、6 h静脉血测丙二醛(MDA)和谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)。结果MDA和GSH-Px值显示对照组与UTI、FDP、及UTI+FDP组比较各组P<0.05。UTI与UTI+FDP组比较,各点P值均小于0.05;FDP与UTI+FDP组比较,30 min P>0.05,3 h后P<0.01。结论UTI联合FDP对脑缺血-再灌注损伤保护作用与单独应用差异明显。表明UTI及FDP对脑缺血-再灌注损伤有保护作用,二者合用较单独应用效果更好。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the protective effects of Ulinastatin (UTI) and 1, 6 fructose diphosphate (FDP) on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, and to discuss the protective mechanisms of UT1 and FDP on cerebral ischemia-repeffusion injury. Method Rabbit ischemia-repeffusion injury models were prepared by"four arteries occlusion". All rabbits were divided into four groups (n=6): control group, UTI (10 U/kg) group, FDP (200 mg/kg) group, UTI+ FDP group. Salt water, UTI, FDP and UTI + FDP were respectively used immediately after ischemia-reperfusion. Plasmic MDA and GSH-Px were measured at 30 minutes, 1 hour, 3 hours and 6 hours after reperfusion. Results The concentrations of plasmic MDA in every group were significantly improved compared with those in control group (P<0.05) there was significant difference on the concentrations of MDA and GSH-Px between UTI group and UTI + FDP group (P<0.01). the concentrations of MDA and GSH-Px after 30 minutes had no significant difference between FDP group and UTI + FDP group (P>0.05 ), but significant difference could be found after 3 hours (P<0.01). Conclusions UTI and FDP have protective effect on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. UTI combined with FDP has a significantly better effect than using alone.
