【摘要】 在理论分析的基础上,本文依据1992—2004年间我国实际利用世界各国(地区)FDI金额的数据,使用动态面板数据模型,分组判别了流入我国FDI的性质。经分析发现,在样本期间,来自国际避税地的FDI具有显著的水平型特征,来自非避税地的FDI则具有显著的垂直型特征,总体而言垂直型投资在制造业吸收的FDI中占据主要地位。2004年以来,对华FDI的结构发生了明显转变。本文据此提出了政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using dynamic panel data model and the data of FDI amount into China during 1992—2004 from the major countries or regions,this paper analyzes the motive of the FDI.Primarily,in the sample session,the FDI from the tax havens appeared to have the features of horizontal FDI,while the FDI from other regions appeared to have the features of vertical FDI.As a whole,the vertical FDI played the major role in the FDI into manufacturing sector.Since 2004,the structure of FDI into China has significantly changed.Based on the analysis,we make some policy suggestions.更多还原
