【摘要】 目的评价带锁髓内钉在下肢股骨、胫骨骨折的临床疗效及讨论治疗体会。方法选用带有远近瞄准器的股骨、胫骨钉,治疗不同类型股骨、胫骨骨折28例,股骨横形骨折、胫骨骨折使用闭合复位穿钉;股骨骨折采用开放复位穿钉;粉碎性骨折或多段骨折采用静力固定并同时一期植骨;术后患肢抬高,第2天开始患肢功能锻炼,对股骨远端及胫骨近端骨折主动锻炼有困难者,术后第2天结合CPM机被动锻炼膝、踝关节。结果随访11个月至2年3个月,28例均骨性愈合,未出现骨折、断钉、感染及膝、踝关节僵硬等并发症;1例胫骨远1/3骨折出现骨折远端5°向后成角畸形,未出现膝关节、踝关节功能障碍。结论带锁髓内钉治疗下肢骨折治愈率高,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of intramedullary interlocking nail in the treatment of femoral fractures and tibia fractures.Methods Total 28 cases of femoral fractures and tibia factures were treated with intramedullary interlocking nail with aiming sight.Closed reduction was used in transverse femoral fracture and tibia fracture,open reduction was used in other type femoral fracture,but static force fix was used in comminuted fracture or several section bone fracture.After operation,put up the affected limb,functional exercised from the 2nd day.For those patients with distal femur fracture and proximal tibia fracture,passive exercised of ankle were assisted by CPM machine.Results The fellow-up ranged 11 to 27months.All patients healed up well.There were no complications such as fractures,infections and broken nail.But a 5° back angulation abnormity was happened in one patients with distal tibia fracture.Conclusion The clinical result of use of intramedullary interlocking nail in the treatment of femoral and tibia fractures are excellent.更多还原
