【摘要】 随着知识经济时代的到来,人力资本已成为影响区域经济增长的一个重要因素。陕西作为西部大开发省份之一,其经济增长与本地人力资本水平是密切相关的。通过实证分析研究人力资本各项指标对陕西经济增长的影响,说明不同指标对陕西经济增长效应差异性,并分析其原因,在此基础上进一步探讨提升陕西省人力资本水平的政策措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the arrival of the era of the knowledge-based economy,human capital has become one of the most critical influencing factor of regional economic growth.Shaanxi Province,whose economic growth and local levels of human capital are closely related.By introducing relevant indexes for human capital measurement,the paper makes a positive research of the human capital impacts on Shaanxi economic growth and explains the dfferent impacts of these indexes,and analyzes its reasons.There after,relevant policies are explored to enhance the levels of Shaanxi Provincial human capital.更多还原
