【摘要】 目的:为不孕症的病因诊断,设计容易管理且系统全面的应用程序,并将相关资料进行总结与统一管理,便于开展进一步的应用研究使不育夫妇能尽快找到病因以便指导随后的治疗,避免延误治疗。方法:查找并总结不孕症病因诊断的各种相关资料,结合本院研究所的经验与附属医院的技术及设备,建立切实可行的不育夫妇病因查找方法和程序、相关资料的电子档案。结果:确立不孕症病因诊断程序并附加各种病因诊断定义标准,建立不育夫妇病因诊断结果的电子档案管理系统。结论:本课题成果应用于临床可以指导不孕症病因诊断过程、缩短不育夫妇的诊治周期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To design a kind of easy-managed,complete and systematic application procedure for diagnosis of infertility which will can help the infertile couples to find the etiologies and guide the following therapy without treatment delay.This procedure will also summarize and uniformly manage the related documents to make it convenient for the further application study.Methods:Firstly,various documents related to etiologies diagnosis are found and summarized.Combining with the experience of our institute and technique and device condition in our affiliated hospital,the infertile etiology finding method is proposed and the procedure is designed.Moreover,the electronic files of relevant data are established.Results: Etiologic diagnosis procedure and attached definition standard of various kinds of etiological diagnosis are built.Electronic file management system of the diagnosis result of infertile couple is also established.Conclusion: Clinic application of the research results of this subject can help to guide the infertile etiologic diagnosis process and shorten the diagnosis period of infertile couple.更多还原
