【摘要】 目的:探讨Caroli’s病的CT表现及诊断价值。方法:对2004~2006年经手术或病理证实的8例Caroli’s病的CT影像学资料进行回顾性分析,全部病例均行CT平扫,3例同时行增强扫描。结果:本组8例CT平扫均见肝内胆管扩张,呈多发囊状或柱状低密度影,3例增强扫描不强化,2例可见"蝌蚪征",2例可见"中心点征"。8例中,5例属于Ⅰ型,其中1例合并肝内胆管结石;3例属于Ⅱ型,均合并肝硬化及脾脏增大;8例中均未伴有髓质海绵肾。结论:CT扫描不但可清晰显示肝内胆管扩张及其与周围结构的关系,并且无创,对术前诊断Caroli’s病具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the CT manifestation and diagnostic value in Caroli’s disease.Methods: CT findings of 8 cases with Caroli’s disease confirmed by either surgery or pathology from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed retrospectively.All of them were examined by CT plain scan and three of them were performed CT contrast-enhanced scan.Results: In our series,all of them displayed the intraphepatic bile duct dilation which showed as multiple cystic or columnar low density in CT plain scan,3 cases were no enhancement in CT contrast-enhanced scan,the "tadpole sign" was found in 2 cases and the "central dot sign" in 2 cases.5 cases were simple type and 1 case of them was accompanied with intrahepatic bile duct calculus,3 cases were periportal fibrosis type and all of them were accompanied with cirrhosis and splenomegaly,none of all was accompanied with medullary sponge kidney.Conclusion: CT scan is an important examination method in diagnosing Caroli’s disease before surgery,because it can not only clearly show the intraphepatic bile duct dilation and the round tissue but also be non-invasive technique.更多还原
