有机酸盐与甲苯协同作用超稠油催化降粘研究
Synergism of Organic-acid Salt and Toluene for Viscosity Reduction of Ultra-heavy Oil
【摘要】 研究了自行合成的有机酸盐催化剂与甲苯复配对河南油田超稠油协同催化降粘作用,结果表明,在反应温度为240℃,反应时间为24h,加水量为30%,催化剂及甲苯加入量分别为0.35%(w)和0.4%(w)时,降粘率达93.8%。利用红外光谱、气相色谱、元素分析仪等对稠油反应前后的物理和化学性质进行了分析,发现胶质、沥青质、硫质量分数降低,氢碳原子比提高,超稠油品质得到一定程度的改善。
【Abstract】 Heavy oil viscosity reduction was studied by using combination of organic-acid salt and toluene to the ultra-heavy oil in Henan Oilfield. It is shown that the viscosity reduction rate was over 93.8% at 240℃, the reaction time was 24h, the ratio of water addition was 30%, catalyst dosage is 0.35% and toluene is 0.4%. the chemical and physical properties of heavy oil both before and after reaction were studied by using IR,GC,EL etc. the percentage of resin, asphalt and sulfur decrease, and H/C increase after the upgrading process.
