【Abstract】 The progress control of projects is the important content of the engineering project management.Because of its special features,the progress control of the project is particularly important.Through modifying the key line,applying network optimization technique,adjusting the joint between different processes,adopting the methods of planning,coordinating and controlling,reducing the duration of key work,shortening the time limit,controlling the whole precedure of construction,the goal of engineering is achieved in the end with good social and economic benefits.更多还原
