【摘要】 我国目前还处于煤层气商业开发初期,经济评价刚刚起步,迫切需要根据我国煤层气开发的行业政策,建立煤层气经济评价的方法体系,为煤层气大规模开发提供决策依据.根据煤层气开发工程的特点及中国煤层气勘探开发现状,提出一套较为完整的适合于我国的煤层气开发项目的经济评价模型.分别从固定资产投资、采气成本预测、税收以及销售收入等方面作了详细论述.采用财务内部收益率、财务净现值、投资回收期、投资利润率和投资利税率5个经济指标评价煤层气商业开发的可行性.更多还原

【Abstract】 Commercial exploration of coalbed methane is in initial stage in our country and the economic evaluation is just starting.According to the industry policy of coalbed methane exploration,it is urgently to found the method system of coalbed methane economic evaluation which will provide basis for coalbed methane development in a large scale and current status of this project in China.A suit of integrated economic evaluation model which is adaptable to domestic coalbed methane exploration and development is presented.The investment in fixed assets,cost forecasting of gas exploitation,revenue and sales income etc.are detailedly discussed.The five economic indexes are adopted to evaluate the feasibility of coalbed methane commercial development,such as the internal rate of return,net present value(NPV),period of cost recovery,rate of profit and tax,and rate of profit.更多还原
