空间诱变、γ射线及复合处理对光温敏核不育水稻1S诱变效果的研究
Mutagenic Effect of Space Mutation,γ-ray and Combined Treatment in Photoperiod Thermo Sensitive Genic Male Sterile Rice 1 S
【摘要】 利用空间诱变、60Co-γ射线单一与复合处理光温敏核不育水稻株1 S干种子,后经地面种植观察,统计当代生物学效应,二代研究其诱变效果。结果表明:三种处理方式对光温敏核不育水稻株1 S干种子的影响在当代性状上表现出来。从二代中选择出了一些有益的突变株系,及矮化独秆苗、矮化丛生苗等具有功能基因组学研究价值的突变类型。
【Abstract】 The major agronomic and economic characters in first generation and mutagenic effects in second generation,which were treated from Photoperiod thermo sensitive genic male sterile rice 1 S seeds by space mutation,γ-ray and combined,were observed and studied.The results shows that mutagenic effects were found on first generation obviously in the Photoperiod thermo sensitive genic male sterile rice 1 S seed by space mutation,γ-ray and combined treatment.We also selected some valuable mutation from second generation,including a dwarf and caespitose mutant,a dwarf and no-tillering mutant.These mutants were valuable for rice functional gene study.
