铁基双层非晶带材压磁效应的研究
Study of pressure magnetic effect of Fe-based Amorphous Alloy Strip
【摘要】 采用单辊法制备了宽4.5mm厚25μm的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶带材,并利用4294A型阻抗分析仪测试了非晶带材的压磁效应。结果表明,随着频率和压应力的升高,Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9非晶带材的压磁效应出现了明显的加强;双层非晶带材的压磁效应比单层的小,当测试频率为100MHz,测试压应力为2.72MPa时,单层非晶带材的压磁效应为33.03%,双层非晶带材的压磁效应为30.75%。
【Abstract】 In this paper,Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy strips with 25μm thickness and 4.5mm width were manufactured by single-roller method,The pressure magnetic effect was investigated by 4294A impedance analyzer.The result show the amorphous strip pressure magnetic effect appeared obvious strengthening along with the enhancement of frequency and pressure stress;The pressure magnetic effect of multi-layer amorphous alloy strips was smaller than single-layer,The pressure magnetic effect of single-layer amorphous alloy strips reached 33.03%,the pressure magnetic effect of multi-layer amorphous alloy strips reached 30.75%,When the test frequency was 100MHz and the test pressure stress was 2.72mPa.
