【摘要】 中学化学教师的专业素养是课程改革能否成功的关键。笔者针对新课程背景下吉安市中学教师的专业素养进行了调查研究。通过问卷调查和个别访谈的方式,分析中学化学教师专业素养的现状及存在问题,并就如何提高中学化学教师专业素养以适应新课程改革提出了几项建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Whether we can handle the problem of teachers is of vital importance to the success or failure of the curriculum reform.We survey the chemistry teachers’ professional quality in high school of Ji’an city.Through questionnaires and individual interviews,we investigate the status of Chemistry Teachers’ Professional Quality and give several advices on how to improve it to meet the requirement of new curriculum reform.更多还原
