【Abstract】 "Translation"as defined in Translation Studies from the cultural perspective is not confined to the transformational operation of purely linguistic codes between SL and TL,but also covers the cultural implications resulting from such operation,and the new semantic power relationships which accrued in the target text under repeated interpretation,known as intra-lingual translation.The study of the translation,especially the intra-lingual one,of"dao"in Journey to the West is intended to recover the original values,clarify text misreading,and demonstrate the process of acculturation with live examples.更多还原
