钢纤维混凝土板抗爆数值模拟

【摘要】 钢纤维混凝土由于其优良的强度和延性而在防护结构中被广泛应用。对四边简支的钢纤维混凝土板在爆炸荷载作用下的响应进行了数值模拟,比较分析了折合距离、板厚度对其动态响应的影响。钢纤维混凝土的本构模型采用J-H-C模型,考虑了损伤和应变率效应。从计算结果可以看出,在炸药量相同的情况下,折合距离、板厚均对板中心的位移有较大的影响。研究成果可以对防护结构的设计提供理论参考。

【Abstract】 Steel fiber concrete(SFC) is widely used in protective structures because of its high strength and ductility.The dynamic response of simply supported SFC slab under blast load was simulated by means of the finite element analysis of the three-dimensional model.The influences of scaled distance and the thickness of the SFC slab on the dynamic responses of slab were investigated and discussed.The John-Holmquist-Cook model was used as the constitutive model for the steel fiber concrete,with the consideration of damage and strain rate effect in the above material model.It can be found from the results that the scaled distance and the thickness of the slab greatly influence the deflection of the slab on condition of the same quantity of charges.The research results can provide theoretical reference for to design of protective structures.
