【摘要】 目的探讨神经内科病房可能发生的危机并研究应对策略,保证医患双方的安全。方法成立质量管理核心小组,对病房管理、治疗护理过程、患者陪护等方面可能发生的突发事件进行评估,制定应对方法,对全体护士进行培训、考核,对患者、陪护人员进行宣传教育。结果实施2年来,神经内科病房危机发生率明显下降。结论神经内科病房进行危机预测及对策研究,大大提高了护士的危机意识及处理危机的能力,促进了医患关系的和谐,明显降低了危机的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the potential crises and the corresponding countermeasure in the neurology department,so as to secure the safety of both nurses and patients.Methods A quality control caucus was established to evaluate paroxysmal events during nursing and management,and the corresponding countermeasures were also framed.The nurses were trained and tested and the patients and accompanying relatives were given education.Results The incidences of crisis were obviously decreased during the 2 years of application.Conclusion Crisis forecasting and countermeasures study can greatly enhance the awareness of crisis in nurses and their managing ability,contributing to the sound relationship between patients and hospitals and decrease of the incidence of crisis.更多还原
