五螺杆泵螺杆型线分析及结构改进探讨

【摘要】 螺杆型线是螺杆泵工作的核心,在应用过程中,发现现有五螺杆泵传力齿型连接处存在明显的凸棱,通过对型线进行理论计算分析,发现曲线连接处存在拐点,并提出型线设计思想.另在五螺杆泵使用过程中存在杂质进入滑动轴承内,造成轴承咬死损坏现象,故对此螺杆泵结构提出了改进的想法,为以后的螺杆泵设计提供参考,以改善螺杆泵的可靠性.

【Abstract】 The screw mode curve is the kernel where the screw pump works. In its application,it is found that there is an obvious protruding arris at the joint of force-transferring gear model of the existing five-screw pump. Through the theoretical computation and analyses of the mode curve,it is found that there is an inflexion at the joint of the curves; therefore the paper puts forward the thought of mode curve design. In addition,when the five-screw pump is in application,some impurities come into the slide bearing of the pump so that the impurities are glued onto the inner surface of the bearing,so this paper proposes that the structure of the pump would be improved to give a reference for the future design of the pump and heighten its reliability.
