【摘要】 结合河北南网实时动态监测系统的建设,论述了该系统的结构、主要功能和特点,以及确保其相关技术性能的重要性。

【Abstract】 This paper based on the construction of real time dynamic monitoring system for South Hebei Power Grid,the architecture 、main functiongs and features of the monitoring system are described in detail,as well as the importance of insuring its correlative technical characteristic.
