【Abstract】 An approach based on operation constraints is proposed to settle the problems on protective relay coordination brought by the backup transmission lines because of the divisional operation of 220 kV power grid and other reasons.Firstly,the practical operation situations which will infect protective relay coordination in Hubei Power Grid is introduced,such as the divisional operation of 220 kV power grid and interactive backup of 220kV transmission lines,and so on.Then,a solution scheme based on operation constraints is presented to address the problems on relay coordination brought by above situations,and the involved key techniques are illustrated.更多还原
