可重构轮辋加工机床的研制及动态特性分析
The Research and Dynamic Characteristic Analyses of the Reconfigurable Machine Tool for Rim Proceeding
【摘要】 针对轮辋产品在材质、规格、编网参数、窝孔尺寸及窝孔组数等方面的系列化,综合应用调整、更换、集成、创新等重构策略,成功研制了可快速而经济地响应市场变化的可重构轮辋加工机床。对压窝冲孔工作头建立了流固耦合有限元模型和动力学方程,进行了作业工况下动态特性研究,得到了动态特性前十阶固有频率、固有振型及各节点的振动幅值谱,为系统动态性能优化提供了理论依据。该可重构机床的正常生产及其产品质量的稳定,进一步验证了可重构策略的可行性。
【Abstract】 By synthetically using the adjusting,replacing,integration,innovation and some other reconfigurable statuaries which are used for the rim series in material,specification,parameters in netting,dimensions of nests and some other aspects,a reconfigurable machine tools for rim proceeding which can respond the market quickly and economically was successfully manufactured.The former 10 ranks frequencies in the dynamic characteristic were gained,by setting up dynamic equations and finites cell modals which are the coupling of solid and liquid.Some dynamic characteristics were researched,when the machine was working.The stabilization of the product quality and the produce of the reconfigurable machine tool validated that the reconfigurable technology is feasible.
