【Abstract】 Is the construction project tender bid price-marks "the reasonable low price"? This has become the owner and the contractor extreme issue of concern. Based on analyzing the existing project construction cost constitution and the problems, this paper determines how to limit "the reasonable low price". The factors and measures in present operation of bid mechanism are analyzed to guarantee the construction industry develop reasonably and effectively.更多还原
