【摘要】 目的探讨IL-10启动子区基因多态性与重度慢性牙周炎易感性的关系。方法收集142名重度慢性牙周炎患者和81名健康对照者的颊粘膜拭子,提取DNA,采用多聚酶链反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测IL-10-592C/A基因多态性,比较重度慢性牙周炎患者和健康对照组中等位基因频率和基因型分布。结果IL-10-592C/A等位基因频率和基因型分布在患者和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(OR=1.377,P>0.05)。结论IL-10-592C/A基因多态性与重度慢性牙周炎遗传易感性之间无相关关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association of IL-10-592 polymorphism with the susceptibility to severe chronic periodontitis(CP)in Han-nationality Chinese in Sichuan area.Methods DNA samples were collected with buccal swabs from 142 subjects with severe chronic periodontitis and 81 periodontal healthy control.IL-10 polymorphism at the-592 position was detected by restriction-enzyme cleavage(PCR-RFLP).The genotype distribution was analyzed.Results No significant differences were observed in the allele frequencies of IL-10-592C/A between controls and severe CP patients(OR=1.377,P>0.05).Conclusions The results suggest that IL-10-592 gene polymorphism is not associated with the susceptibility to severe chronic periodontitis in Han nationality in Sichuan area.更多还原
