CSP-CDCM-BA流程钢板组织性能演变规律
Evolution Rules of Microstructure and Property of Sheets in CSP-CDCM-BA Process
【摘要】 通过低碳铝镇静钢CSP-CDCM-BA流程的工业试验,借助光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪和专用拉伸试验机等设备,测定了热轧、冷轧、退火和平整后钢板的组织、织构、力学性能和基本成形性能,并对其特征、演变规律及影响因素进行了分析,验证了退火平整板r值的变化与{111}/{100}的线性关系。结果表明,增加{111}和减少{100}织构组分对提高薄钢板成形性能同样重要。
【Abstract】 Through industrial experiment on the whole process of CSP-CDCM-BA with low carbon Al-killed steel,the microstructures,textures,mechanical properties and basic formability of the hot-rolled,cold-rolled,batch-annealed,and temper-leveled sheets are determined by means of instruments such as optical microscope,X-ray diffraction instrument and special tension tester and so on.Their characteristics,evolution rules and influencing factors are primarily analyzed,too.Furthermore,the linear relationship between r-value and ratio of {111}/{100} has been proved,which reveals that it will be same important to increase the component of {111} texture and to decrease the component of {100} texture.
