车轮力传感器称重式标定装置的采集系统设计

【摘要】 介绍了车轮力传感器(WFT,wheel force transducer)的称重式实车标定装置及其数据采集系统的原理及结构,并且详细介绍了采集系统的硬件和软件设计。该系统以混合信号系统级单片机C8051F005为核心,实现了对车轮力传感器数据和称重平台数据的同步采集,并通过RS232将数据传送到上位机(笔记本计算机)。在该标定装置上成功地进行了车轮力传感器的实车标定试验。

【Abstract】 The weighing on-vehicle calibration equipment for wheel force transducer(WFT),and the principle and structure of its data acquisition system are introduced.The designs of hardware and software are introduced in detail.With the mixed-signal MCU of C8051F005,the core of the acquisition system,both of the data of WFT and weighing platform are acquired synchronously and then sent to the host——a notebook PC through RS232 interface.On-vehicle calibration tests for wheel force transducers are performed on the equipment.
