【Abstract】 Guangdong,Jiangsu and Liaoning provinces as well as Beijing city rank ahead in the seform of Rural Land(community) Shareholding Cooperative System,they have their own features and typical models,which can be used as references.This paper summarizes the basic circumstances and characteristics in the reform of rural land(community) shareholding cooperative system of the above four provinces(city),then explores basic law in the process of reform of rural land(community) shareholding cooperative system,and finally puts forward several suggestions from the experiences of the reform of four provinces(city).更多还原
