双子表面活性剂DTDPA的合成及其在“三采”中的应用
Synthesis of gemini surfactant DTDPA and its application to EOR technology
【摘要】 在实验基础上得出了Gemini表面活性剂二氯化N,N,N,′N′-四甲-基N,N′-双十六烷基-2-丙醇-1,3-铵(DTDPA)的合成工艺.通过FT-IR光谱确认结构,使用WCT-2型微机差热天平进行热分析,测定DTDPA的表面活性.结果表明,DTDPA的结构独特,与单链单头基表面活性剂相比具有优异表面活性.研究DTDPA对中原油田原油-水体系表面张力变化的影响,表明DTDPA可以有效降低原油-水体系表面张力.通过对DTDPA-PAM二元复合驱替体系粘度变化的研究,表明二元无碱体系的粘度保持率具有明显的优势.
【Abstract】 The symmetric Gemini quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant dichloride-N,N,N′,N′-tetra methyl-N,N′-dicetyl-2-propanol-1,3-ammonium(DTDPA)was synthesized based on the laboratory study.The chemical structure of compound was identified by IR;heat analysis was conducted by DTA and TG.The surface activity of DTDPA solution was better than traditional classic amphiphilic moieties surfactants.The interfacial tensions between crude oil from Zhongyuan Oil Filed of China and DTDPA solution were measured and the study results demonstrated that DTDPA is effective in lowering crude oil-water system interfacial tension.The relationship between DTDPA and the viscosity of PAM solution was studied and the result demonstrated that DTDPA is fit to be applied to Surfactant-Polymer(SP) system.
