氯沙坦钾和氨氯地平联合治疗伴高尿酸血症高血压的临床观察

【摘要】 目的观察氯沙坦钾与氨氯地平单独和联合用药治疗伴高尿酸血症高血压的疗效。方法41例伴高尿酸血症患者分为单用氯沙坦钾、单用氨氯地平及联合用药组,观察治疗前后血压、脉压差、血尿酸的变化。结果联合用药组对舒张压和收缩压均有明显的降低作用,血压控制总有效率明显高于单独用药组(P<0.01)。联合用药组缩小脉压差的作用高于单独用药组(P<0.05)。联合用药组降低血尿酸浓度的作用优于单独用药组(P<0.05)。结论氯沙坦钾与氨氯地平联合用药能有效降低血压,缩小脉压差,降低血尿酸浓度,改善肾功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the treatment by using the medicine Losartan Potassium and Amlodipine respectively,and Losartan Potassium and Amlodipine together for high blood pressure caused by high uric acid blood.Method 41 hypertension cases caused by high uric acid blood were divided into Losartan Potassium group,Amlodipine group and combination group to observe the changes before and after the treatment for blood pressure and difference of bowel pressure and blood uric acid.Results It is very effective to lower diastolic and systolic pressure for the patients in the combination medication.The whole effective rate of blood pressure control is clearly higher in combination group than that in the single medication group(P<0.01).The effect lower the difference of pulse pressure and reduce the concentration of blood uric acid is higher in combination group than that of the single medication(P<0.05).The effect is clearly better in combination group than that in the single medication group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking the medicine Losartan potassium and Amlodipine together can lower blood pressure,reduce the difference of bowel pressure and the concentration of blood uric acid,and do good to the function of kidney.
