红鲫消化道的显微结构研究

【摘要】 目的观察2龄红鲫消化道的显微结构。方法HE染色,光镜观察。结果胃分区不明显,只是肠管略增大,壁稍增厚,从胃段至小肠和大肠消化道由黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌层和浆膜层四层构成,类似于哺乳动物的消化道的结构,但固有膜很薄,粘膜肌层薄而不明显,粘膜下层较发达。

【Abstract】 Objective The microscopic structure of two years old Carassius Auratus red variety’s digestive tract was observed. Methods H.E staining and light microscope.Results No obvious stomach was observed.But its tube was slightly larger,and its wall was thicker than intestine.The digestive tract,including stomach,small intestine and large intestine,was constracted by mucosa,submucosa,muscular layer and serosa,which were similar to those of mammals.However,the lamina propria was thin,and the lamina muscularis muscosae was so thin that it could hardly be observed,nevertheless, the submucosa was developed well.
