紫外线照射微藻的遗传学效应的研究
Study of Genetic Effects Produced Ultraviolet Irradiate Micro Algae
【摘要】 探讨了不同时间下紫外线照射塔胞藻(Pyramimonas sp.)后产生的遗传学效应.结果表明,随着紫外线照射时间的延长,藻细胞的生长繁殖能力下降,细胞内叶绿素、蛋白质的含量呈下降趋势;细胞体积变化不大,多糖含量高于对照样品.当按照原处理方式继续培养后,发现藻细胞逐渐对不良环境产生了适应能力.
【Abstract】 This paper have studied genetic effects irradiated the micro algae(Pyramimonas sp.) with different time gradient(20,40,60,80,100,120s) ultraviolet.The experimental result indicated that along with the time of ultraviolet ray lengthen the growth and reproduction and the chlorophyll and protein content among the algae cell obviously descended,the volume of cell don’t changes notably in first and second rounds.When the algae continue culture according to the former way they produced gradually adaptive ability to harmful environment.
