[Co(Im)6]Cl2·4H2O配合物的合成及晶体结构
Synthesis,Crystal Structure of Complex [Co(Im)6]Cl2·4H2O
【摘要】 合成了[Co(Im)6]Cl2.4H2O(Im=咪唑)配合物,相对分子质量为610.39,经红外光谱、元素分析、X射线单晶衍射等表征其晶体结构。标题配合物属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数:a=8.806(1),b=9.079(1),c=10.589(1);α=75.20(1)°,β=83.12(1)°,γ=61.87(1)°,V=721.82(13)nm3,Z=1,Dc=1.404g/cm-3。晶体结构中配阳离子[Co(Im)6]2+通过咪唑环的氢原子与末配位的反荷阴离子和晶格水中的氧原子形成复杂的分子间氢键构成3D超分子体系。标题配合物分子中,Co(II)与6个咪唑分子中的氮原子配位,形成六配位的略有畸变的八面体。
【Abstract】 A novel Cobalt(Ⅱ) complex [Co(Im)6]Cl2·4H2O has been synthesized(Im=imidazole) and characterized by IR,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction methods.It crystallizes in triclinic system,space group P-1 with a=8.806(1),b=9.079(1),c=10.589(1);α=75.20(1)°,β= 83.12(1)°,γ= 61.87(1)°,V=721.82(13)nm3,Z=1,Dc=1.404g/cm-3,and chemical formula weight 610.39.The coordination cation [Co(Im)6]2+ in the title complex form a 3D supremolecule network structure by complicated intermolecular hydrogen bond with Cl-and oxygen atom of water.In the title complex,Co(Ⅱ) is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms from six imidazole,forming a little distorted octahedral coordination geometry.
