涌流式培育的大獭蛤稚贝生长的初步研究

【摘要】 2004年11月至2005年1月利用涌流装置和浓缩扁藻进行了大獭蛤(Lutraria(Psam-mophila)maxima)稚贝的中间培育实验。实验所采用的涌流流量为500 mL/min,扁藻密度分别为8 870个/mL±512个/mL和3 368个/mL±557个/mL,稚贝的培育密度分别为20 000,35 000,50 000粒/m2。结果表明,过高的扁藻密度不利于大獭蛤稚贝的摄食,并会造成稚贝的死亡。只有在适当的扁藻密度和涌流流量条件下,大獭蛤稚贝才能正常生长。不同的稚贝培育密度对稚贝的生长存在影响,密度越高,生长越慢;水温低于15℃时,稚贝摄食停止,生长缓慢;稚贝在游离状态下与铺沙条件下的生长基本一致。

【Abstract】 The nursery rearing trial of Lutraria(Psammophila) maxima spats was conducted from the Nov.of 2004 to the Jan.of 2005 by using upwellers and concentrated algae(Tetraselmis subcordiformis).In the experiment,upflow rate was set at 500 mL/min,and algal concentrations were 8 870 mL±512 cell/mL and3 368 mL±557cell/mL,and spat densities were 20 000,35 000,and 50 000 shell/m2.The trial results showed that higher algae concentration had a negative impact on the feeding of the spats and even caused mortality of the spats.The spats grew well at a suitable algae concentration and upflow rates.The growth of the spats could be influenced by the density of the spats,and the higher the spat density,the slower the growth of the spats.The spats stopped feeding when seawater temperature was lower than 15 ℃,hence grew slower.The spats could grow normally in upwellers without sand substrate as well as in upwellers with sand substrate.
