【Abstract】 At present,the error of the incline is introduced in measuring irradiance at sea surface and diminishing the effect of the skylight.The idea of dynamic horizon and the technical methods are presented by the experiences for many years,the problem is solved.The applications of the dynamic horizontal technique need apply state-of-art and certainly bring change of the of the ocean optic measurement instruments,in particular oceanic optic buoy,and benefit on ocean color remote sensing.更多还原
