【摘要】 目的探讨细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制蛋白P27kipl(P27)和细胞周期蛋白D1(CyclinD1)在肾细胞癌中的表达情况及相互关系。方法采用免疫组织化学技术,检测108例肾细胞癌及22例正常肾组织中P27和Cy-clinD1的表达,并对P27和CyclinD1的表达与临床病理参数的关系进行分析。结果P27、CyclinD1在肾细胞癌组织中的阳性率分别为54.6%、62%,而正常肾组织的阳性率分别为18.8%、27.2%。P27、CyclinD1在肾细胞癌组织中的表达与性别、年龄、临床分期等无相关性,而与肾细胞癌的组织学分级呈负相关(P<0.05)。P27与CyclinD1在肾细胞癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),r=0.39。结论P27和CyclinD1可作为判断肾细胞癌分化程度的标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expressions of P27 and CyclinD1 and their correlations in human renal cell carcinoma.Methods Expressions of P27 and CyclinD1 were studied in formalin fixed,paraffin embedded sections of 108 cases of human renal cell carcinoma and in 22 cases of normal kidney tissues by immunohistochemistry.The relationship between those expressions and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed statistically.Results The positive rates of P27 protein and CyclinD1 in renal cell carcinoma were 54.6% and 62%,and those in normal kidney tissues were 18.8% and 27.2%,respectively.The expressions of p27,CyclinD1 were negatively related with histological grade(P<0.05),but there was no correlation between those expressions and sex,age,clinical stage in renal cell carcinoma.The expression of p27 was positively related with CyclinD1(P<0.05,r=0.39).Conclusion The P27 and CyclinD1 might be as markers for estimating the differentiation degree.更多还原
