【摘要】 目的观察放射治疗及艾本对骨转移癌的止痛效果。方法对96例骨转移癌患者进行回顾性分析,单纯放射治疗30例,艾本加放射治疗14例,艾本加放化疗56例。结果全组总有效率89%,显效率51%。各组有效率:单放组为83.3%,艾本加放射治疗组为92.9%,艾本加放化疗组94.2%。三组间止痛效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在应用艾本治疗组中有1例出现类似过敏反应症状,其他无明显毒副作用反应发生。结论放射治疗骨转移癌止痛迅速而有效。艾本治疗骨转移癌止痛效果明显,尤其适合应用于多发性骨转移癌患者,二者联合应用效果更加明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of radiotherapy and ibandronate on bone metastases.Methods Ninety-six cases were analyzed retrospectively.Thirty cases were included in radiation therapy group,14 cases in ibandronate combination with local radiotherapy group and 56 cases in ibandronate combination with chemo-radiotherapy group.Results The overall effective rate of ibandronate for bone pain relieving in the 96 patients with bone metastases was 89%,the complete response rate was 51%.The response rates of radiotherapy group,ibandronate combination with radiotherapy group and ibandronate combination with chemo-radiotherapy group were 83.3%,92.9% and 94.2%,respectively.Conclusion Radiotherapy and ibandronate are effective methods on bone metastases.Ibandronate combination with radiotherapy is more effective on bone metastases patients.更多还原
