【摘要】 目的研究咽喉康胶囊的镇痛、止咳作用。方法通过醋酸扭体法、热板法观察其镇痛作用;通过浓氨水引咳小鼠、枸橼酸诱导豚鼠咳嗽,观察其止咳作用。结果1.0、0.5 g.kg-1咽喉康胶囊均能显著减少醋酸致小鼠的扭体次数,延长小鼠热板痛阈时间;对浓氨水引咳小鼠和枸橼酸诱导豚鼠咳嗽均有显著的抑制作用。结论咽喉康胶囊具有明显的镇痛、止咳作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effects on analgesic and relieving cough of Yanhou Kang(YHK) capsule.METHODS The analgesic effects by means of hot plate test and body twisting caused by acetic acid,and the relieving cough effects by concentrated ammonia method in mice and inhibtion enough induced by citric acid in guinee pigs were observed.RESULTS YHK of 1.0,0.5 g·kg-1 could significantly decrease frequency of body twisting of the mice induced by ancetic acid and significantly prolonged pain threshold of hot painful time;and could significantly inhibite cough caused by concentrated ammonia water in mice and cough in cavies induced by citric acid.CONCLUSION Yanhou Kang capsule has significant analgesic and relieving cough effects.更多还原
