【摘要】 目的建立测定呱安托美丁片含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,Agilent C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.015 mol.L-1KH2PO4溶液(30:30:40)(8.5%磷酸溶液调pH5.3),检测波长313 nm,流速1.0 ml.min-1。结果呱氨托美丁浓度10~3×103μg.ml-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.02%,RSD=0.82%。结论所建方法准确、快捷、简便,不受辅料干扰,能有效地控制呱氨托美丁片的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish an RP-HPLC method to determine the content of Amtolmetin guacil tablet.METHODS The separation was performed on a Agilent C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-acetontrile-monopotassium phosphate buffer(0.015 mol·L-1)(30:30:40,adjusted pH to 5.3 with H3PO4).The detection was carried out with a uv detector at 313 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.RESULTS The linear range was 10-3×103 μg·ml-1(r=0.9999).The mean recovery was 100.02% with RSD of 0.82%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be used to effectively control the quality of Amtolmetin guacil tablet.更多还原
