N,N′-二羧甲基-2-甲基苯并咪唑内鎓盐的合成及晶体结构
Synthesis and crystal structure of N,N′-dicarboxymethyl-2-methylbenzimidazole
【摘要】 以2-甲基苯并咪唑为原料,合成了一个新型的苯并咪唑二羧酸衍生物,基结构通过IR,1HNMR,元素分析和X-射线单晶衍射法确定。X射线衍射单晶结构分析表明,固态时标题化合物通过分子间氢键形成一维无限链状结构,这些一维无限链状结构又通过链与链间的苯并咪唑环的π-π堆积作用形成二维结构。标题化合物的晶体属单斜晶系,P21/c空间群;Mr:568.54,a=19.821(3),b=7,.4501(11),c=20.093(3),β=116.479(3),°v=2655.8(3)3,z=4,Dc=1.422 mg.m-3,F(000)=1200,最终偏离因子R=0.0675,wR=0.2187。
【Abstract】 The title compound,N,N′-dicarboxymethyl-2-methylbenzimidazole,was synthesized from the starting material of 2-methylbenzimidazole.Its structure was detemined by IR,1H NMR,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction.X-ray analysis revealed that one-dimensional polymeric structures in the solid state were formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the title compounds,and these polymers were further extended into two-dimensional structure by π-π stacking interaction between benzimidazole rings.The crystal was monoclinic system with space group P21/c,Mr:568.54,a=19.821(3),b=7.4501(11),c=20.093(3),β=116.479(3)°,V=2655.8(3)3,z=4,Dc=1.422mg·m-3,F(000)=1200,R=0.0675,wR=0.2187.
