聚(苯乙烯-丙烯酸)磁性高分子微球的制备和表征

【摘要】 利用双层表面活性剂改性的Fe3O4磁流体为种子,通过乳液聚合法考察了苯乙烯或苯乙烯-丙烯酸对Fe3O4磁流体的包覆情况,并考察了丙烯酸浓度及加入时间对磁性微球表面羧基含量的影响.结果表明,丙烯酸的加入可以明显改善包覆效果,在反应进行2h后加入0.4mL的丙烯酸可以得到包覆效果好且表面羧基含量大的磁性微球.

【Abstract】 Fe3O4 magnetic fluid was synthesized by the chemical co-precipitation and modified by bilayer surfactants. Fe3O4 magnetic microspheres enfolded by styrene or styrene-acrylic acid were synthesized respectively by the method of emulsion polymerization with Fe3O4 magnetic fluid as seeds. The effects of concentration and adding methods of acrylic acid on the content of carboxyl groups on the magnetic microspheres surface were studied. The result was that the effect of enfolded Fe3O4 can be improved when acrylic acid was infused. Fe3O4 magnetic microspheres with the most content surface carboxyl groups and well enfolded can be prepared when 0.4 mL acrylic acid was infused 2 h later the reacting.
