端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷制备过程中齐聚物的生成与去除
Formation and Removal of Oligomer During Preparation of Hydroxy-Terminated Polyepichlorohydrin
【摘要】 阳离子开环聚合制备端羟基聚环氧氯丙烷(PECH)时,往往伴随着一定量齐聚物的生成而使聚醚质量劣化。溶剂萃取法可有效去除相对分子质量为700 ̄5300的PECH的齐聚物。实验表明,处理不同相对分子质量的PECH,应采用不同的萃取溶剂。
【Abstract】 Oligomers are often formed in the preparation of hydroxy-terminated polyepichlorohydrin(PECH) by cation ring- opening polymerization, so that quality of PECH is reduced. Solvent extraction method can effectively remove the oligomer with relative molecular mass of 700 ̄5300 from PECH. It is discovered through experiment that treating PECHs with different relative molecular mass should use different extraction solvents.
