辛醛缩异VC的合成及其性能研究
Study on the synthesis of D-isoascorbyl octyl aldehyde acetal and its properties
【摘要】 以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,由辛醛与异VC反应合成了标题化合物。其结构经EI-MS、FT-IR和1HNMR分析确证。考察了该化合物在几种溶剂中的溶解性和在乙醇溶液中的稳定性,用DPPH.法评价了其抗氧化性能。
【Abstract】 D-isoascorbyl octyl aldehyde acetal was synthesized from the reaction of D-isoascorbic acid with octyl aldehyde using p-toluene sulfonic acid as the catalyst and dimethyl acetamide as the solvent.The title compound was characterized by EI-MS,FT-IR and 1HNMR.The antioxidation activity and the stability of the title compound in ethanol were investigated by the DPPH· assay and by iodometry,respectively.
