超声作用下合成氯代二异丙基膦

【摘要】 以镁、氯代异丙烷和三氯化膦为主要原料,四氢呋喃为溶剂利用超声波合成标题化合物,产率可达80.1%,经分馏纯度达96%。该方法反应液澄清,副产物无水氯化镁容易处理,降低了对环境的污染。

【Abstract】 Chlorodiisopropylphosphine was synthesized from magnesium,isopropyl chloride and phosphorus trichloride in the presence of tetrahydrofuran used as the solvent.The reactor was irradiated by ultrasound.The product yield was increased to 80.1% with purity reaching 96% after fractionation.The improvement was that the solution formed during the synthesis was clear and it was easy to dispose of the residue compared with other synthetic methods.This process was a cleaner one.
