离子液体作为微波吸收剂用于促进亲核取代反应
Significantly enhanced reactivities of the nucleophilic substitution reactions induced by microwaves in ionic liquids
【摘要】 微波辐射下,乙氧甲叉丙二酸亚异丙酯与芳胺、酚等亲核试剂在离子液体中能够快速、高效的发生亲核取代反应生成产物。与传统方法相比,反应时间极大地缩短,产物结构经核磁共振确证。
【Abstract】 The reaction rate of nucleophilic substitution can be dramatically enhanced by microwave irradiation using the ionic liquid[Bmim]BF4/ethyl acetate as the mixed solvent.Nucleophilic reagents (aniline,thiophenol) can react with ethoxymethylene isopropylidene malonate to give corresponding products in 5~10 min in good yields.
